Shipping and Delivery Policy

The expected times for delivery of the products are 20 days from the date of payment by the customers. Madhyamam will deliver products globally, but the delivery of Educational CD's are only in India and News Paper /weekly are restricted in Kerala. If we are not able to deliver the products, the amount will be refunded to the customer after deducting service charge+Tax.

Returns Policy

If customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can return their product for refund.

Procedure for refund

To process the refund please contact us with in the period of 30 days from the date of delivery. For doing the same please call over 0495-2731500 Extn: 257 or drop a Email into ''.

"Returns Policy" does not apply to CDs, News paper, weekly and Books.

Damage due to neglect, improper usage / application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise are subject to inspection and checking by our team

Refund will be after deducting service charge+Tax only

Cancellation Policy

Once the payment is made, there is no option for customers to cancel the order, but Madhyamam may cancel the order and refund the amount as per the request from customers with their order number before the shipment

Madhyamam shares the sensitive personal information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the User in the following limited circumstances:
