ബാഗ ബീച്ച്‌

Baga is a seaside town in Bardez in Goa.  Baga is known for its popular beach, ‘Baga Beach’ with it's brown sands, and creek, which is known as Baga creek. This beach is the popular tourist destination in North Goa. It is  located a few kilometers north from the famous and crowded  Calangute beach.

The Baga beach is sandwiched between the two bigger cousins, the Candolim beach and the Calangut beach. The beach is somewhat smaller in size but is definitely cleaner and more relaxed and recluse than the other beaches in Goa. Baga Beach is also famous for its water sports and Dolphin cruises.

Baga beach also offers an opportunity to enjoy Wind Surfing between January and March. The operators conduct short training modules and provide the required gear to undertake the same. The National Wind Surfing Championship is also conducted every year around September - November at the Baga beach.
